The Tower
Doctrine
A consulting firm run the way a tower runs an airspace — every problem on a strip, every strip with a controller, every controller with a headset pointed at you.
High ground,
clear airspace.
JWESTCOTT ENTERPRISES LLC is a Utah company registered at 925 E Antelope Dr in Eagle Mountain — the high bench west of Utah Lake, where the airspace is genuinely emptier and the view is genuinely longer.
The practice keeps seventy-six strips on six frequencies: management and strategy, people and HR, growth and customer, operations and supply chain, environmental, and technical sciences — from actuarial work to waterproofing.
How the tower
is run.
Three orders govern every strip on the bay.
Every matter gets a strip
Nothing lives in a controller's head. Your matter is printed at intake and stays on the bay until closed.
One controller holds it
Multi-frequency problems are sequenced, not split — one controller owns your strip from first call to handoff.
Handoffs are read back
When work crosses frequencies, both ends confirm the strip moves — no assumed transfers, no dropped traffic.
Six sectors,
one scope.
A matter enters on one frequency but the airspace doesn't end there. A warehouse study in FREQ-D touches compensation in FREQ-B and tariff work on its way back out.
Because the same scope watches all six sectors, nothing gets handed to a different company mid-flight. The strip stays on our bay the whole way.

the frequency.
A general consulting practice organized as six tower frequencies. Rather than a single specialty, we keep seventy-six defined consulting strips — from strategic planning and compensation to geochemistry and roof consulting — and staff engagements by assigning the right strips under one controller.
No. Financial management consulting explicitly excludes investment advice, and actuarial consulting excludes insurance actuarial services. Those regulated activities are outside our airspace and should be taken to appropriately licensed providers.
Each engagement is scoped by strip — the specific consulting roles it fills — with deliverables named per strip. Pricing follows the scope: fixed-fee for defined studies, retainer for ongoing coverage. The strip list is the price list.
Yes — most clients transmit on one frequency. A compensation review stays on FREQ-B; a warehouse study stays on FREQ-D. Cross-frequency staffing happens only when the problem genuinely crosses sectors.
Desk-based consulting — strategy, compensation, operations analysis, technical review — is delivered to clients anywhere in range. Field-dependent work (site selection, inspections, local studies) is performed from Eagle Mountain across the Intermountain West and by arrangement further afield.
Squawk: describe the problem to d.obrien@jwestco.shop or call +1 (573) 520-5654. Within one business day we reply naming which frequency owns it — or telling you plainly it's outside our airspace.
